Qualifications
Until 1999 Martin Hall was Principal Project Manager within the Radio Communications Business Unit at Roke Manor Research Ltd (a Siemens Company). He has had extensive experience, with 14 years as Project Manager on a variety of project types in the high technology communications field:

contracts for the Ministry of Defence, government agencies, Siemens and various commercial and non-commercial organisations world-wide.
fixed price and labour and materials contracts with values £10k to £25m.
research, feasibility study, prototyping, design and development for production.

|
Whilst at Roke Manor, Martin provided in-house training in project management techniques and methodologies and introduced a project-oriented culture.
Before taking on project management responsibilities he headed up radio development laboratories for 6 years in what was then the Plessey Company, preceded by 10 years in the design and development of state of the art radio communications equipment and systems.
Martin has a BSc (upper second) in Physics from Imperial College and an MSc in Radio Communication from Birmingham University. He has been a Chartered Engineer since 1976.
